We didn't take a tour in Helsinki, being rather exhausted after St. Petersburg, but Izak and I took the shuttle bus into town and walked around for a bit.

An example of the architecture

The view from where the shuttle dropped us off

Not sure what this building is, but the banner says "Lunch and Sun"

The offices of Virgin Oil Co.

The entrance to one of the shopping malls

The stairs leading up to the office area above the shopping mall

Shopping Mall advertising - Helsinki style

The train station. The trains are all electric and run underground

More architecture. And if I make out the Roman Numerals (MDCCCLXXXV) correctly,
it was built in 1885

The Opera House

Izak, on a street of shops closed off to traffic (unless you're making a delivery of some kind)
